Those were not hallucinations but the beginnings of liver failure. Tylenol at any dosage does not make you drowsy or cause hallucinations unless you have poisoned your liver - which by the way is quite easy to do with even a moderate Tylenol overdose. How should I take Tylenol?

tylenol PM's are just tylenol with allergy meds in it... like benedryl.... no amount of it will make you hallucinate even if you combo with liqour.... as for combo with another med I am unsure... but doubtful of it being from the PM's.
