Although a dog's mouth is cleaner than a humans, you should really go get that checked out. Since the dog cleans au naturale, there are probably lots of pleasant germs in your cut right now. Clean it really well and get it checked out. I doubt you're going to want an infection.
Once it heals up, i'm sure you can get it pierced (seeing how it's clean and alot less painful).
The site below is pretty helpful too!

You should have known better.. Ear piercing is not a natural thing to do so I am totally against it.. In your case. I would advise you to get the ear checked out because infection does set in very fast.

Any animal bite needs to be seen by a doc ASAP. You don't know what kind of bacteria the dogs saliva might have had. Go get this checked out now for safety sake.

Get it chacked out. Even though a dogs mouth is really clean and the dog has its shots, it is still an open wound. I would clean it out, cover it using gauze or something else really STERILE, then see a professional.

Yep they use a gun, its were given a gap for your ear lobe to sit down in and they placed the stud on one section and the decrease decrease back on the various; at the same time as they pull the spark off the stud pierces the ear lobe and connects with the decrease decrease back and its all done. It does not take lengthy and it does not damage, basically stings quite. So no concerns :)
