I feel warmth in my underarms, but no sweat. What is causing this feeling?

I get really really hot and get this warm feeling in my underarm, but I do not sweat. It is really uncomfortable because I start sweating everywhere else but my underarms. What is causing this feeling?

change deoderant or washing powders
rinse underarms with cold water after bathin
