When I wake up from a long sleep I feel like I was beaten up the night before. My arms hurt and my lower back. What is this from? Should I take vitamins, drink more water, get a new bed? ......

It is probably the weather, get u a sleeping bag to sleep in to circulate bodys temp.
Take more vitamins, and exercise every other day
Eat cherries for pain or take Motrin

you probably are just relaxed. after a long sleep, your muscles relax but also tense up becasue you got a lot of sleep. i say stretch as soon as you wake up and that should do it. if not mayb look into a new mattress and some more vitamins. good luck!

How old is your mattress? Maybe try fliping it? Also, maybe try sleeping somewhere else (friend, etc.) or on an air mattress or something. See if the same thing happens.

Also try changing different things one at a time. (Drinking water, etc.) Maybe you can nail it down by process of elimination.

ALL OF THE ABOVE.plus get regular sleep habits,put a board under your mattress.raise the head of your bed 1/2.to start.

your muscles coudl be cramping up at night. Try some magnesium
