I have been smoking for 10 years, i'm 25. For new years I decided I wanted to quit and I bought Commit, and I haven't had a cigarette. It's only been a few days, but it is working for me. I thought i'd be very bitchy and just go insane, but I'm surprised with how i've held up. Give it a try.

My suggestion is to first contact your Doctor and see if you can request a prescription to help you quit. Usually there's only a small co-pay involved and you'd get the medicine you need to assist you.
I also just started taking the Nicoderm patch yesterday morning. (My doc. prescribed it), and it didn't cost a thing.
Good Luck.
