I have had a thyroid condition for 4 years. I have never seen an Endocrinologist and my family doctor has never told me to see one. Should I go to see an Endo doctor, or should I just stay on the same regimine I've been on for the past 4 years?

Hi.I fell off my bike some 6 years ago and had a muscular spasm in right shoulder and arm and got a sling for 21days. But after 3 years I got a sprain and now an Orthopedics told me that shoulder bone got dislocated and suggesting for a surgery.Please advice me whether physiotherapy or surgery is better for me.Thank you. I've been having chronic pain on the left side of my neck for 2 days. It hurts constantly and its hard to move my neck. The pain seems to be isolated to one particular area. I haven't had any injuries. My pain started Monday w/ a really bad headache. Then by night my headache eased a little and I started having neck pain.

I live next to a family of 8. A single mother with 7 kids, ages 3 mos to 16yrs old. The kids do not attend school on regular bases. They play outside all times of the night. The Mother is never home, she has been incarcerateed twice (prison). She recieves food stamps and sell them. There is no food and sometime no utilities on. These kids need HELP. It seems that I never sleep well in the last 2 years. So most of the time I just strugle to go to office and work. When I get home, there are always so much things to do. I know I must stop and have a good rest, but I just cann't stop. So the problem of headache is more and more serious, and I have nightmare when sleeping.
My body is worser and worser, I want to do some yoga, I think that helps, but that also seems hard to start.

I never sleep well, and never have enough sleep.

Do you have the same problem?
