I had both knees replaced 2 months ago physical therapy has become alot more painful on one leg,it is to the point that my doctor has had me stop therapy and I go back and see him next week.What esle can be done for my pain?

ive been back and forth for 2 weeks now on what to do. Im almost 22 and my vision is diminishing yearly...first i couldnt see well far away, now thats gotten worse and added not being able to see up close either!! I dont have a good eye insurance until the end of october, only a discount program...ive been debating if im wasting my time with glasses that i can only wear to drive, i tried contacts once and all they did was make my eyes itch and water constantly...i was think about laser surgery, i even went for a free consultation...im just debating because im a little weirded out about being able to see what they are doing while im having the surgery, and im afriad it wont be done right and ill need it again...the place i went to wants $130 for the inital pre-exam and approx $4000 for the entire surgery including check ups for a year. Is this worth it?? I cant stand not to see anymore! it hurts!

You should ask for an itemized hospital bill. I found out from 2 friends working billing for a hospital on how hospitals rip off people. I had a friend of mine get a c-section and the hospital charge her for stirup pads and all kinds of stuff. A common overcharge is for medicine, you never take. Don't even ask what they charge you for a tylenol. Even if you never take one. You get charged for everything, that cheap plastic water jug and cup, better take it, you paid for it.

I have had this problem for about a month or so, i am really itchy and i get these little (very tiny)bumps all over, but mostly on my legs and feet. it looks like dry skin, but i am not sure that is what it is, i have tried really moisturizing my skin but that seems to make it itch more. i'm not sure if i should see a doctor or not, cause they are hard to see. i have tried itch cream and benadryl, does anyone know what this could be?

Come on you lot, and no rude answers now.
I am suffering from headaches which seem to be caused by stress and I am constantly waking up at 2 or 3 am with all the muscles in my neck and shoulders tense. It's like someone has been hitting me over the back of the neck with an iron bar. This lasts all day. I'm aware this is probably stress related but what's the most effective exercise to help relieve this muscular tension? Normal means of relaxation not presently being availabe to me.... I and my 24-year old girlfriend were in restaurant. She was chewing a gum. She told me that to swallow a chewing gum isn't dangerous at all because it goes in her stomach and then comes out and laughed. Then she took her chewing gum back to her throat and made a gulp and swallowed her chewing gum. The gum slided down her throat and was gone . . . She told me that she swallowed her gum whole, it was in her stomach and couldn't feel anymore. She laughed and said that the chewing gum is in her tummy now. She told me not to worry about it and added that she likes to swallow cherry pits and sometimes when she is on a lazy mood and don't want to take a cherry pit out she simply swallows it and sends to her stomach so there is no need to find a place for a cherry pit . . . She even don't have a stomachache . . .What will happen to the chewing gum or the cherry pit in my girlfriend's stomach? How much time will it be harmlessly in her tummy? When will she begin digesting it?
