I am a double amputee so I can take a shower in the roll in shower chair with wheels( caster wheels ).

I buy things from www.drleonards.com. They have almost any type of medical supply item you could need and it's about 60% off retail prices.

My suburb has a medical supply pantry that is available to residents for no charge. Also, one of the local hospitals has a resale shop for used medical equipment (equipment is donated). Sometimes you will find ads in the local paper, like estate sales, that have the items you need.

i am a nurse and alot of people that pass on will have auctions for all there stuff so maybe an auction and also there is usually a nonprofit health care provider in everyones area and they get lots of mobility supplies donated if u call them with your need they can help u out.
