I used to take the sleep medication Ambien; I took the 5 mg size (I hope I am saying that right....it was the smallest dose.) It worked great, but one day I decided to stop talking it.

The night I stopped, I couldn't get to sleep until 5AM..I was sooooo miserable at work.the next day!

I went back to my Dr. and she prescribed trazadone, which is a mild.antidepressant. that comes with a side effect that makes one sleepy . It is also not supposed to be addictive. It works wonderfully. There have been several nights I haven't taken it, and I was still able to sleep.

What's your story?

they come and go, but i start to freak out which makes it worse. They usually subside, but i hate it. I do have other bowel problems which may cause this. is there anything that might help.

I know it used to be a nasty surgery and all 15 years ago (like when my doctor said I would need it) But, I figure since it has been so long, that there is either a less invasive procedure or do they pretty much skip the rebuilding step and go right for the replacement?

My 15-year-old daughter is having problems going to sleep at night. She is doing exams this year and finds school stressful. She finds that her brain is still so active when she goes to bed that she can't just drop off. Then she is really tired next day at school.
Does anyone have any remedies that worked for them?

I have semi high arches so I need some canvas shoes that have good arch and heel support. I have heard that the dc shoe vista is pretty good.

I have a large(!!) head, making it difficult to find frames that fit. I finally found a big tag heuer frame (link below) that fits, but when I got my polycarbonate lenses, my vision was distorted. My optician just ordered me new 1.67 hi-index lenses (similar to ones I had in my old glasses, which had much smaller frames). My prescription is -3.75 in both eyes, PD = 70, CYL = -50, Axis = 180/175.

What kind of lens should I get to minimize distortion and still let me keep these frames??

Ive only been smoking for two years, and I would like to quit... its very hard to stop this nasty habit, Anyone have any suggestions/methods on how to quite without quitting cold turkey, or using the patch? Its way to expensive for me...
But smoking has become my biggest addiction. Im tired of spending the money on cigarrettes and polluting my body...also what can I do to get my husband to stop smoking or atleast stop smoking around me once I quit because he is hard headed..because I know if he smokes it will be to easy to give in to temptation...

The doctors said it doesn't really serve a purpose. LIARS. Why else would it be there. It stores bile which helps break down certain foods, because the gall bladder isn't there bile is constantly dripping in your system. I had mine taken over a year ago and it sucks.
