Every time I sit on a chair for more than 20 minutes my right leg starts to hurt really badly and I think because of blood circulation, how can I get rid of the pain?

First of all, you should probably be sure that's what the problem is. If it seems like normal aches and pains caused by age, exercise or strain, stiffness, etc., then it's no biggie. But if it interferes with your life more than that, see a doctor and get properly diagnosed.

After that, get proper exercise and nutrition. Lack of potassium is linked to poor circulation, I believe, so something as simple as eating a banana might help.

try total body detox.
i heard one from the Philippines. pure herbal.
toxin deposits in the body is the main problem in blood circulation. once toxins are eliminated, then cells and tissues can begin to move freely, and blood circulation will no longer be a problem.
