I think this may be just stress because i have been under alot of stress in the last couple days but i have to drive a long way to go to a doctor and dont see no reason if it is just pinned gas or something

Get yourself checked. Try to get somebody else to drive you to the doctor. If it is really bad call 911 and they will come to you.

Sounds like you probably have a cyst, I have the same symptoms when I ovulate because I have an ovarian cyst. If it continues to be a problem go see your dr, but if it is a cyst they will probably just keep an eye on it for a couple of months and tell you to take over the counter painkillers when it becomes too bothersome.

honey, your uterus is in the middle not on your right side! you probably are experiencing gas symptoms, but it could be a pinched nerve in your back, if you are sitting for long periods of time. talk to your doctor.

if the pain is radiating down your leg, you probably have a pinched nerve some where--go to a chiropractor and get an adjustment--that should help

i would wait it out. I had a terrible shooting pain in my lower abdomen for weeks and i went to the doctor and it turned out to be nothing. i still get it from time to time too.

you should see a doctor,sometimes those are the signs of endometriosis or cysts
