First of all you need to figure out where the stress is coming from,, what is causing the stress and then deal with it.

You need an outlet or a way to relax on a daily basis. This may be achieved by exercising regularly (endorphins are great!), taking a hot bath with some candles, learning a meditative technique. I'm sure you will find many good suggestions besides these. You could also talk to your doctor for suggestions. Good Luck from a fellow migraine sufferer.

go see a doctor and tell him you want to have an mri taken of your head or a cat scan try excedrine for headaches until you get to the doctor
