You can't really become flexible quickly....but you can become flexible in time. You need to stretch your body really good everyday and start maneuvering your body in different positions (the positions using the flexibility you're looking for) Start walking too or jogging/running daily to increase your flexibility--keep movin! Eventually with time and practice you'll find yourself bending more and more and able to position your body alot differently than ever before. If you start out too quickly just doing stuff your body isn't used to, even overstretching, you are going to hurt!! You have to ease your muscles, tendons, joints and all into doing things it's not used to. Hope this helps ya out!

Stretching :) do no longer stretch up till it hurts, because of the fact which you could harm your self. carry your stretch for sort of two minutes if available. i'm testing for drill team besides:) -Take a Jazz technique classification at your community dance college. -there's a stretch that gets you to be versatile throughout, placed your butt on the wall and unfold your legs so some distance as you could, it is going to look as though a "V" carry that place for 10 minutes. (it is painful, besides the fact that it facilitates!)

Er? do alot of warm up and then stretch everyday for about 30mins or more.....

but you have to keep this up else your body will get stiff again...

OR do you mean just clear out your personal diary and then leave the dates free for work so you can be flexible for work?!?! and work yourself to the bone?

stretch every morning after you get up for 15-20 minutes, and again before you go to bed. also try something like yoga or pilates to help you elongate and stretch your muscles - this will for sure help increase your flexibility.

Change your environment. Go on an exchange, change schools, start a new sport with new people. Anything with new people forces you to adapt.
