Today morning when I was rinsing through my throat, i vomitted a bit and found a red dot on it. I was scared that it might be blood and hence i forced myself to vomit again. This time, there was no blood or anything red. What should I do?

i have a friend that trys to eat as healthy as they can. My friend stayed a weekend with me, with me finding out that she has a eating disorder. I can understand that someone can eat a lot when they are stressed out or have other problems. My friend eats at least double if not three times more than what is recommended daily. She has tried medications, diets, and a few other alternitive solutions, but nothing works. She wants to quit eating as much, but doesn't know where to start. Her doctor told her that she has disorder that may cause her to eat like this. Anyone ever heard of this or had this problem? Please be serious on when anwsering. Please no rude remarks. Thank you

For about 2 weeks now i have been have extreme hunger, ill eat a regular size meal and not even 2 hours later i feel like i hadnt eaten in days, i start to get nauseated and if i dont eat when i start to feel this i throw up sometimes. I have had really bad hotflashes which i dont know if that is part of it or not, and also the last time i threw up i had about 4 small drops of blood, but it also could have been acid too, im not sure. Im calling a doctor tomorrow but i wanted to see if anybody thought these symptoms sounded ligit....and i was wondering if i should tell my doctor what i think it is or would that be annoying trying to diagnose myself?? Thanks!

i was wondering if any doctors or anyone with personal EXPERIENCE would know whether it is safe to take tylenol pm or tylenol simply sleep if you were born with microcytic anemia thank you in advance and please no ask ur doctor as it is not answering me and i do plan on doing that i just wanted to get some advice now thank you in advance

I've had it my whole life (I'm a teenager). I know it's low blood sugar and I know what to eat when it gets low, etc. I just want to know if I'm more prone to get diabetes? If so, what can I do to prevent the risk of it. There is a slight family history, but no intermediate family.

My 8 year old son is always complaining of his stomach hurting and having anywhere to mild to severe bouts of diarrhea. His appetite is not the best and he is a very picky eater, he always has been. This has been happening for months and he is not gaining any weight but losing, not alot but still he has lost some. Now remind you he is skinny and that is nothing new, all of my children are. I have had him to the doctor numerous times and have tried numerous thing. But I am missing something. I need to come up with some ideas as to what may be wrong with him, ideas that I can discuss with his doctor to find out what is wrong with him. I need help because, I like many parents that admit it, we know when something is not quite right but have no idea where to find the answer. I have the drive that I need to find out what is wrong before it is to late and that scares the crap out of me. Any idea as to what may be happening so I can travel those paths for the answer. Thank You

Its like I cant press on it or else i feel pain and I feel bloated when i stand up and it hurts to suck it in

I quit smoking cold turkey 3 days ago , everything was good untill I felt really realllyy in need of a cigarette and I just went outside and bought some and smoked.

:(

Now I feel so bad about what I have done. I have failed again. I have tried every method out there to quit nothing worked. Cold turkey was the best so far (usually I get back to smoking within 1 day) Looks like I'm gonna get cancer or something before I quit. I've been smoking for only like 4-6 years (about half a pack a day) no big deal I know but still... I wanna quit really..

Now that I failed do u think I can try to quit again ? Do you think there is a chance in hell for me to succeed :( help !!!!!!! :'(

ive had an infection for a while and have taken antibiotics but the dentist said that the abcess is draining and they dont want to do the operation to try and save the tooth until my second trimester. now my question is.....isnt it bad for me to be swollowing what is draining? he didnt tell me anything just that the abcess was draing and that was good but what about what im ingesting isnt it going to my baby? im going on 8 weeks and need to know if it would be safe to get the operation done before my second trimester and if not what should i do if it is bad gfor my baby?
