Go to this site and find a doctor in your area and let him do NAET treatments. Read the stories, I know they are true because I've been a patient with so much crap wrong with me and I am waaaaaaaaay better. If I could get down to my doctor more often, I'm sure I could resolve the few issues I have left.

Presumeably you are lying on a mattress of normal thickness? and even if you weren't you would not absorb the metal from the frame nor the coils. Try reading about diets for arthritics, and taking l,250mg of calcium. It really should help, you should see a difference after two months of the diet.
