doc for every little thing or not to go to the doc?

I go to the doc 2 times a year. Once for a yearly physical and one for a gyno check.

I go only once a year for my yearly phyiscal unless I have something else that is wrong in between my yearly physical. Being a nurse I don't have a problem with knowing when to see the doc or not.

I have a medical condition so I actual go a lot, but I think most people go every 6-9 months if nothing is wrong.

I go every 3 months...if I have a problem I go better safe than sorry
