I recently went to the doctor for chronic sinusitis. I had a CT scan of my head, but was wondering if that would pick up any other "abnormalities" going on up there; I'm excessively worried that it might be something else. (I have severe anxiety and panic disorders) I guess my biggest fear would probably be a brain tumor; would the CT scan have detected something like that???

Hi I am 41 and I'm from Kentucky and have an enlarged spleen. It has been hurting me and I've been going to the docotr there's nothing showing why my spleen is enlarged. All test have came back neg. to illnesses such as thessinmia, luekimia, etc that can cause the spleen to enlarge and there's been no injurgy to it. They are wanting to take my spleen out and I'm scared to death. My daughter says not to because it would be like me having aides would that be true? Should I have this done? The dotor says if they take it out they will byopsy it to se why it was enlarged. Does anyone know the reasons that the spleen enlarges? Can it be normal that the spleen enlarges? Where is the best place to go to have this done? They are sending me an appt. soon so please contact me back so I can make up my mind on what to do. rbowling4116441164@yahoo.com Thank You Joy

If you pray for someone to enter your life, that special someone, does it work?

If it does, how long do you have to pray? What is a general time frame that you will have it answered in?

Wish to hear from all those who do or don't think it works, and why.

I'm far away from friends or family and somehow have caught this nasty crap!!!! My child has it also. I can inspect my child, but not myself. I'm going nuts! I've used both RID and NIX. I've done 3 sessions (on the same day) with me and my child on at the same time within the last 2 weeks. I've washed all our linens, clothes ect.

Where can I go to get myself inspected? I'm SERIOUSLY on the verge of just shaving my head.

3 yrs ago, I decided to drink more water after I read it helps to keep the complexion clean and glowing. O.K, it was true, but it seems my system has become accustomed to being flushed with lots of water daily that if I indulge more in other drinks for one day eg; soda, juice -it burns when i urinate. It feels like I have to force out more urine when there isn't. Sometimes, i feel like sitting in a bath of water and force out in drops and I feel better. Then it helps if I rush and drink a few glasses quickly to flush out the bug?
I assume my system should be able to take one day with less water since I normaly drink lots of water?
But my husband, brothers and sisters do not care to drink water daily and have gross urine colour, but they are always fine and do not have the same problem as me. Do I suffer from a bladder or kidney condition-even if I've practiced healthy living? My family thinks I use salt too frequently in my diet- eg on my fruits. Is there any possible link?

about a week and a half ago I noticed my back was itching in a certain spot, but when I reached around to scratch it would sting really bad when i touched the itchy area. This went on for a couple days untill i finally lookedin the mirror to see that I had a rash/bit looking spot. it was a little bit bigger then a quarter, i figured it was ok and it would go away in a couple days then another bump/bite looking thing aperad that was also red and itched really bad. this one kind of looked like a large misquito bite. then when i was getting into bed tonight my back started itching and I had a third bump/bite rash looking thing. They are realling bothering me and I am really concerned.

I usually dont feel an itching sensation on themduring the day...just when I wake up in the morning and when I go to bed at night.

please help

I feel like I'm falling apart and shrivelling into a prune! It has been 1 1/2 months since my quit and I very quickly started getting really strange symptoms which are just getting worse.

These include

1) peeling, dry skin all over my body, especially on my face which has broken out in a red rash. My skin burns all over it is so dry.

2) a strange sharp and pulsing pain in my lower abdomen, near my ovary (but may not be) which comes and goes. It feels different than bowel/gas pain

3) constipation, with (sorry for too much info) sticky/smelly stool

4) painful heart palpitations

5) mood swings/building anxiety (although these could easily be related to the quit itself)

6) chronic and painful headaches

7) feeling dehydrated all of the time even though I am not

I can't think of any recent changes that would cause this except for the quitting.

Could quitting have triggered a dormant illness? If so, what could it be?
