41 year old female iv got early cervical spondylitis pain in neck shoulder arm and numbness in hand waiting for my first physio appointment

The numbness is most likely from nerve impingement in that area. The spondylitis won't spread to other parts of your body but can affect the other vertebrae over time which could then cause more nerve impingement, that could affect the other areas of your body.

No, in the sense that it is not infectious or cancerous. But the pressure on nerves will trouble your different parts of the body. So, do get it treated with anti-inflammatory drugs, cervical collar, traction etc.

Alternative treatment options are also available if needed.

I sympathise with you hun. It is something my father has suffered with for years, but the good news is, it has stayed in the same place all the time and not spread. I do not know if it can spread any further down your back, you should ask your doctor. I really hope your pain eases and you manage to get something sorted.
