Yes they do open your skull and your bones will grow back together just like when you break an arm or a leg they set it and the bones grow back together.

You can't operate anywhere without having access to the affected organ. Yes the skull is opened up.

Yes. I had brain surgery 10 months ago and they removed a part of my skull then replaced it with some synthetic material.

Its opened up witht a surgical saw.....just like when the saw open your chest and seperate your rib cage for heart surgery.
Ive had open heart..then saw a film of one...oooohhhhh.
