If it is bright red then possibly an anal fissure or haemorrhoid's. If dark coloured then it could be something more serious and you need to see a doctor.

prob piles or an anal fissure...both easily fixed with a high fibre diet and medication if needed.go to your doctor to get this checked out because if left untreated it could get worse quickly
