I will eat a meal, then regurgitate it back up. It keeps coming back up, no matter if i throw it up in the sink or swallow it. I have been accused of being bulimic, however, this happens on its own. I have seen many doctors, have gotten many endoscopies, but nothing turns up. Any advice?

i went to a website a while ago to look up the symptoms of a.d.d. and i realized that i have most of them. i KNOW something is wrong with me, b/c for years i have found it hard to focus and what people are saying sometimes, such as if someone is talking for a while, i tend to zone out and i can't help it. no one believes me when i tell them that i have a.d.d. esp. because i've never been diagnosed with it. can someone help me (maybe someone who specializes in disorders) please?? does it sound like it have it??

It is terrible the damage that is done to patients when they are hospitalized. This is especially true for elderly or severly sick patients. Often times nurses or techs.actually learn on the patients. Elderly people have very tissue thin skin and the nurses are in such a hurry that they often traumatize the patients. First rule of medicine is to do no harm. Any thoughts how to protect yourself and others?

My husband, who is 50 years old, has noticed that the palms of his hands are red and splotchy and that two of the fingertips on his left hand have a numb/tingly sensation.

My husband has herniated discs in the lumbar region of the spine and tingling problems with his left leg, but has never had any problems with the upper back or neck.

I am taking mega doses of prednisone right now. I have a condition called 'temporal arteritis" which has left me with no vision in my left eye. The prednisone has so far kept the swelling down so that I have retained the vision in my right eye. I don't want to take anything that will interfere with the absorption. Appreciate any advice. My Dr. wasn't available today.
