I was just wondering I lay on my back and prop up alot with my head pushed forward and when I turn my head it seems to make a popping noise when im lying down or even standing.I am not sure whether it happens all the time but it does a lot .Is this like a muscle or maybe a vertabra just moving or shifting .Like I said it doenst really hurt it just makes a noise that i can hear and i dont think that anyone else can hear it.What could it be?

see a bone doctor and get it put back in place!

It's the same thing as cracking your knuckles, toes, back, etc. Your muscles become tense, so they crack to loosen up. As far as studies show, it's harmless.

its just the "nipple" where they filled your head up? thats how it is with nippleheads?

it's one of the tendons in your neck.
