I am a college student who needs to sleep early because my class usually starts at 7am and I usually sleep at 12 midnight. I 'm starting to have facial blemishes and dark circles appear under my eyes.

You have to re-align your sleep and awake patterns. Let's reset the button. First, use this weekend as your focus point. Stay awake tonight. Go out dancing or just hang out in the town. Then stay up all day long. Find something to do to keep awake because your body will be looking to rest. You may begin to feel a little weak as your body blood pressure may drop a little so keep a high sugar diet this day. To add some energy. Keep some candy handy but eat healthy too. Drink a lot of water so that you have to contstantly pee that wil help you stay awake. If you fall asleep you may pee on yourself. That evening go to sleep at about 11 PM. Dont wake up past 9 PM the next morning. Your body will be a little tired this day but not so tired to cause you to drop suddenly. This new evening your body will ask for sleep early so sleep at a moderate time 9PM should be good. Never sleep over 8 hours. The longer you rest the longer you will be awake. Wake up earlier than normal when your goinf to school, at least by one hour. Use that time to review your previous days work or to be one step ahead of the class. If this doesnt help then you may need to take some sleep medication. Cucumber really help for any bags you may have under your eyes but Im not sure what they'l do for your dark eyelids.
Good luck

Just go to bed sooner, get dark shades to block out the light and a fan to draw out the noise and go to sleep. Also stay awy from sugar later in the day so you sleep easier.

Routine, routine, routine, your body understands routine. Go to bed at 10pm every night without fail and eventually it will become natural. Try putting a crystal for sleep under your pillow if you can't drop off, or perhaps try melatonin (natural sleep supplement) for the first few nights to get your body adjusted.

i think you should aim to get into bed around 9 or even 8. i try to get to bed that early so i am rested. i have to get up at 6 and be at work at 8. i occassionaly take sleeping pills to, they help me fall asleep fast but they can become addictive. your doctor will probably tell you to get some exercise because theres nothing physically wrong with you.
