If yes, please give details.
If not, please give details.
If you have a proven quit smoking method (please add in the stress factor of a man who has smoked for years; started, stopped, started), please elaborate.
Thanks!

Does anyone on Yahoo! have glaucoma?

If you are wondering what glaucoma is, it's a medical condition where you eye pressure is really high and you start to blind from your corner of your eyes down until you can't even see.

I seem to be young for my age to have glaucoma. As a teen it's not fun to have it.

Anyways, who here does have glaucoma?

Thanks

And BTW I know that I don't have strep throat because my brother is like prone to getting strep so if I had it he would, and I've never had it before.

im 13 years old and i woke up this morning with a fever and i was in a lot of pain. i had trouble sleeping for the past couple of nights too and have felt very tired and weak all day. mom or dad wont take me to the doctor and say im fine because we dont have any money because my dad lost his job. i also found this bump under my arm. it was like red and swollen looking and kind of looks blue or purple around it? i tried to show my parents but they dont care. they wont let me go to the doctor or wont let any friends or family take me. will i be okay if i dont go or will this go away by itself? im really scared and hope its nothing serious but it could be so thats why im worried. somebody please help me!

I have a blood disorder; my blood is too thick and the red blood cells (not platelets) tend to clump together. I have a history of TIA's (small strokes), repeated temporary blindness, visual disturbances, disorientation, left-side numbness, aphasia and unsuccessful pregnancies, among a billion other things I don't have the time to list right now. It seems after my most recent pregnancy (also unsuccessful, he died right after birth) my symptoms have worsened. Now the docs can't figure out if I've developed migraines or epilepsy, but at any rate I have "impaired consciousness" and they don't know why. Can this all be related, and if so, is there such a possibility of sudden onset?
By the way, I have no pain with these supposed migraines whatsoever and no aura. I also have no loss of motor control and no tensing, as might be asociated with epilepsy.

My husband has a big knot in his under arm (you know the crease of your under arm. Its big swollen, red & warm to the touch & hurts him up his arm & towards his shoulder & chest. He can not put his arm all the way down because it hurts him so much.
I told him that he should go to the doctor but he won't listen to me.
He said that he'll go tomorrow. It concerns me because what if it's something & it gets close to his heart.
What do you guys think that he should do?
Do you know any home remedies for the swollen?

i recently got hit by a ball right in my left eye and now have damaged my vision. what is sad is that i was an innocent bystander and did nothing wrong. i am seeing floaters and went to an ophthamologist only to find out that it is permanent and cannot be removed. i also discovered that there is possibility that it could get worse and worse, resulting in detaching the retina and complete loss of vision. i am so depressed because of this, and i am having a hard time coping with it...

i'm just wondering if any of you guys have ever been through this kind of situation where you did some trauma to your eyes and now it affects your eyesight. please share any stories. i just want to know that i'm not the only person right now feeling this pain.

thanks.

I was wondering, are the prevacid solutabs (the ones that dissolve in your mouth) weaker than the regular pills? Because a doctor perscribed them for me and I think I read on this site said they don't work as well..The pharmacist said they work just as well...Has anyone heard differently?
