Like with any program, you first have to want to stop smoking. All programs have their positive results, and all have their failures.

The One program I recommend is the Wellbutrin program. Wellbutrin is the generic for Zyban and is an anti depressant with the side effect of reducing smoking. I recommend seeing your doctor and give it a try.

The best results I have heard, to include me, is to smoke and take the medication for 7 days. By day 6 you will notice you are not smoking as much. On day 8, put your smokes down. If one day is rough, take a third pill during the day, instead of morning and night, add one mid day.

After 30 days, you are not controlled by the cigarettes. Now, when someone first lights up, I could eat one, the size of a 747, but if I wait until they take that second puff, the stink hits me and I no longer want a smoke.

Good luck.
