It could be jaundice. That can cause a patient to have some yellow colorization as well in the eyes , and on the skin pigmentation.

NO ! don´t be a jerk that doesn´t have relationship there are people with black eyes or other weird colors and you know why the hepatitis come what an ignorant ! and i know many people that have yellow eyes and don´t have hepatitis

well if their skin and eyes are yellow it is hepatitis. My grandma turned bright yellow and she had something blocking her liver. It turned out to be cancer

yellow eyes can be indeed hepatitis. however, it could be any number of diseases that break down the red blood cells, or even sun tan, if they live in the tropics.
