I have 2 kids with allergies!!,pollen. I have tried humidifiers but does not seem to work for them. I was wondering if an air purifier would help better. I just air-cleaned my house so it must be a really bad allergy season!! If you know any other tricks,please share it with me...thanks

how do you know when you're allergic to something?
i think i am getting an allergic reaction,because my right eye just started twitching out of nowhere..
and my mom says it's allgergies..

I took my 6 month old daughter to her doc about this and her doc. doesn't know anything what so ever, so we are in the middle of switching doctors, so untill i can get her to the new doc i will ask on here.
she has been rubbing her eyes, they have been kinda runny, she gets a runny nose outside,she coughs here and there, she digs in her ears allot!, she has been kinda cranky and kinda groggy/a little off compared to usual,, does this sound like allergies?

I work at a plastic recycling company as a receptionest. They clean grind, and do what ever else they do to get plastic scrap ready for sale. They burn it to see what type it is.
I had a Betta on my desk that suddenly died.

Ok now the question.
As soon as get to work I immidiatey start sneeizing n sometimes coughing and also get a little nausea. My nose is runny all day. One day I had a nose bleed and I have never had a nose bleed unless I got hit in it. I think its allergies. But would allergies make me feel like I have to vomit and make my nose bleed. I think something comes through the vents. I told my boss but she just blows it off.
Do you think the fish dying is related.

I have a dog that I never had allergys too. (I know I am allergic to cats) We just got a new puppy also and my allergys are going haywire. How come I was never allergic to my first dog and now that we got a puppy they are going crazy. I am sneezing and my nose will not stop leaking. I don't want to get rid of him, but I can't stay like this forever. Any help please!!!!

Is there anything I can take in pregnancy for my allergies? My Doctor says no, as allergy meds have steriods in them which could damage the baby. I've tried Vicks jelly (rub it on your chest) for my congestion which didn't work. I can hardly breathe, can't stop sneezing and wheezing, and my nose is running constantly. I know these bumps aren't cold sores because they go up to my nose and down to my chin, they aren't on the lips. My tongue is also swollen and very tender. Does anyone have this happen after eating a food you are allergic to? I've been tested for foods years ago and nothing was that bad. So I'm not quite sure how a mild food allergy may affect a person. Any insight would be great. Thanks!

for the past two years i've been getting new allergies. but really bad allergies to things that i've been around all my life. it's really frustrating. i sat in the grass one day and then for the next five days i was throwing up and i couldn't eat and i was covered in hives. i now know that i am allergic to grass and alot of other things that i had been eating or been around all my life. like avacados and tomatos.. does any one know why this happens?

Hi All, I've never had hay fever until I came to Cambridgeshire and I live by a rape seed oil field and my allergies havegone crazy. I went to the doctor and he told me to buy some allergy tablets but he would't prescribe me any, anyway, so I bought some allegy tablets but they don't work that well. I can't move yet because we're renting so we've got nowhere else to go so I'm stuck by that field but can anyone reccomend some good hay fever tablets?

I have gotton cold sick 5 times in the last 5 months,w hich is not normal... any suggestions???
I have been cold sick (sore throat, runny nose, caughing) that ususally lasts 3-4 days, once a month for the past 5 months. Could it be that I have mono? or I'm just that run down??? I recently started a new job, but I don't think that all the hours could really have that much to do with it? Any suggestions?

I figure that I'm allergic to something that is in both root beer and oreos because I get a MAJOR migraine when I eat either. I try to stay away from them now. But does anyone know specifically what it could be that's in both foods that my body is allergic to? Are there even common ingredients?

I was told I was allergic to bees when I was about 8 years old. Since then I have been stung only once about 5 years ago and noticed no bad reaction. Could the allergy have gone away, and how (besides getting stung voluntarily) can I find out if I am still allergic?

I have recently been diagnosed with a life threatening latex allergy. I was rushed to the ER after blowing up a latex balloon (which I have done many times before). I am having a difficult time expressing the severity of this to others. I was told by my allergist this an airborne allergy for me and to remove myself from situations that could possibly trigger a reaction. At work when there is a birthday, which seems like daily, the balloons get blown up and left there for a week in celebration (popping constantly throughout the week). This past week at work, there were balloons around my desk everyday. I can not afford to leave work for five days so others can celebrate their birthdays. Work has told me that they can not ask people to remove the balloons and that I should have enough time to react before it gets too bad. I am afraid to go to work waiting for the day that I will need to use my epi pen. Please help, I'm scared!!!

I'm allergic to gluten and iwas woundering if body products such as creams and shampoos can effect you if they have wheat in it? I have been shampoo/conditioning my hair with a product that has wheat in it, and i have been feeling real sick, i hadn't relised it had wheat anyway i had been getting quite sick and knew i wasn't eating things with wheat in it, then i checked the bottle and thaught maybe it has sumthing to do with that?

What do you guys think?

I have hay fever and it's really bothering- i get itchy eyes and a really really stuffy nose- i was wondering what i could do or just use home rememdies.

PLEASE
NO medicines because i don't take medicine and it's bad for you health and i don't want to see a doctor.
