You could be allergic to your laundry detergent, or to the accumulated dust and dander in your bedding. Try washing your bedding in hot water, and running your pillows through a fluff cycle in the dryer to knock all the excess stuff out of that. And try to find a detergent that is free from dyes and perfumes.

Have you changed your bed shites, not saying your dirty just if you havent changed your bedshit in awhile there is no question to it you got same kind of bug there.
