Antihistamines are tablets for hayfever that can be bought over the counter at a Chemist. You will have to find one that suits you. Some make you drowsy and some make you feel sick. Piriton makes me feel sick and also my friend. Failing that your GP can prescribe some that you cant get over the counter.

I've not heard of lemon and honey doing any good for hayfever, except to relieve a sore throat caused by sneezing.

I am not sure what you mean by honey and lemon, but I know that eating honey from the local area can desensitise you to the local pollen apparently.

Not sure if that was what you meant.

Also, use a cotton bud/tip and dip in vaseline pot and coat inside of nostrils and then use a new one to put vaseline on eyelashes, apparently this catches the pollen before it gets into the bloodstream or at least reduces it greatly.

Wash off with tissue carefully.

Forgot the lemon and have raw honey. You want to find it from an area close to where you live. Have a tablespoon each morning and if the honey has the pollen that you are alergic to, your hayfeaver should significantly decrease or go away.

Make sure that you do not heat the honey. It needs to be raw unheated honey.
