Dental - December 2006

I am considering having my remaining teeth removed and replaced with dentures. I would like to hear from others who have actually done just that.

The permanent one will be fitted in 2 months when the hole where the tooth was has settled. The dentist gave me some special floss with a sharp end that you thread through to clean between the bridge. Will I always have to do this when I get my permanent bridge? It's a real pain!

i dont know why my girl friend wants to breakup with me and she says she loves me and i did a lot for her i dont know how to break up i dumped my other gf for her and i didnt mass aruond with any other girls i dont know what to do i just cant break up thats what she want and shes the first one of my girl friends who wants to break up none of them did it forst i was the one allways dumped i think this is my problem but i dont know what to do????????????

I am 16 and my teeth are really bad. My mom doesn't work because there are 5 of us kids and my dad is a minister who works at a ministry that doesn't provide health insurance. I am desperate for braces but of course I don't have the money! Does an body know of an organization or something that can help financially?

One of my tooth Later Incisor (between the front incisor and canine) on the left side of my mouth is crooked.

It is annoying because it makes me stutter some times and becuse it protrudes out i have a tendency to bite my tongue a lot.

i really don't know what to do with it, i don't think braces are a good option because it is just one tooth.

i was thinking whether i should have a root canal and get a crown there instead or what about having a dentist do a tooth implant by re-fitting my oringinal tooth...except in a more straighter manner then the original/

???

I just had one cut out yesterday. I can't remember if they said no orange juice (or other citric juices) and soda for only the first 24 hours or for the time I have the stitches.

I tried to call the office but the line was busy each time I tried.

Anyone know??

Last week I got in a bar fight and lost 2 of my teeth. Since then 6 more have fallen out, at really random times. For instance I was trying to pick up this lady, I brought her a drink and right as she goes to grab it my tooth fell into it! Needless to say she didn't stick around. Anyway I don't have health insurance and was wondering if there's anything I can do, or if they will all fall out.

i had the chance when i was at school but my mother was an alcoholic and couldnt be botherd to brush my hair let alone consider my oral health she would often tease me in a drunken rant i also recieved bullying at school this has given me very low self esteem i have no confidence what so ever. want to do more with myself as i did well at school but i cant get past this sometimes i get so low because of this.
