It depends on a lot of factors. If you are in your 20s and later go with invisalign... but if you are young I'd consider braces... heres why:
with invisalign you need to take it out each time you eat... and brush your teeth after every meal... with braces they give you restrictions and believe me as long as you don't get clear braces you don't have to follow the rules.
I wore mine for about 4 years and I chewed gum, ate gummy candies, bagels, the works. And I only had to get a few brackets fixed. And while it looked weird and shiny to have metal in my mouth, I got to customize the color of the rubber bands and my teeth look great now.
Clear braces (brackets) means you can't have colored foods like fruit punch because it will stain the brackets. Go with the good old fashioned stuff... when you're in middle - high school it's okay to have metal in your mouth.

Train tracks across your teeth are cheaper and work faster and better. Invisalign looks better but takes longer and is harder to adjust.

My boss is using invisalign and her teeth look great. It may be pricey but definitely worth it according to her. I see the results and it is great. You should try it.

Invisalign can be quite expensive, however, it won't cause white spots or other not-to-wonderufl things train tracks cause.
Consider price, health options, and what you want.
