I don't see how skipping a meal a week will help your health atall in fact it's probably the reverse, it also wouldn't help poverty just more food for supermarkets to throw away.

missing a meal a week isnt a problem. it wont necessarily keep you healthy though, its actually probably more unhealthy for you assuming your normal meals are well-balanced meals.

probably would just be better to reduce your weekly grocery budget by a little for a few months and give the saving to charity.
must respect your health aswell as being charitable.

that crazy!,and so not true! you should normally eat 3 meals a day. If you want to stay healty,eat food thats good for you and stay off fast food and junk food.

sounds easy. but i dont' think it will stop poverty. poverty isn't about lack of resources. it's about not distributing them properly.
