After visiting the dentist to get a filling I notice a front tooth close to the filling is beginning to crack, a chip off the tooth looks like its going fall off.

I noticed her getting annoyed when my gums started to bleed should I return to the same dentist ?

And can this tooth be repaired without too much expense?

Any advice would be appreciated

Do you think hydrogen peroxide is suited for children over 6 years old as mouthwash? If it is, how do i dilute it into water? My son is suffering from halitosis and he has no cavity either.

I spoke with a dentist once who said that useing listerine only made canker sores worse, beacuse alcohol would infamme it and irritate it. But I just read on another website that, that isn't the case, and it may help it heal quicker... So who was Right?

I also heard that you get them as part of a vitamen B12, and C diffency... Is that true also?

My daughter's six year molars have just started coming in. Would they cause her to have fevers and other teething symptoms?

I haven't gotten the braces yet, but my ortho said I'd have to wear them for 28 months. Can this change? My teeth are straight already, so I'd just be getting braces to close the tiny gaps I have between a couple of my front teeth. I heard it depends on if you keep your monthly payments up...like it might be less/more months.

every dentist practicing in britain today owes something to the nhs whether its training, facilities or even just for creating the infrustructure of which they are a part . yet most are more interested in financial gain than the general health of the nation.

why not make it a condition of obtaining a licence to practice dentistry that all dental surgeries must devote perhaps 10 or 15 % of their time to NHS patients.

the licence should be subject to annual renewal and patient quota and comments could be reviewed on an annual basis

I have been dipping since age 16 (now 30). I started with wintergreen Skoal before moving on to Copenhagen probably 10 years ago. I want to stop but have failed multiple times. My question is for former dippers. How did you quit? I know that I am at a high risk for oral cancer and other mouth / gum problems. This stuff is going to kill me yet I can't find the willpower to overcome the addiction. I have two young boys & a wonderful wife that deserve to have me around for years to come.
