all i can suggest is that you go to your dentist. your diet also can be the cause of your little problem so you must also eat plenty of vegetables and fruits and drink plenty of water. avoid getting dry mouth as the bacteria in your mouth evolutes more quickly when the mouth is dry. you may also change the brand of your toothpaste. i suggest that you but the brand therabreath by dr.katz.. avoid things like onions and garlic and also avoid chewing gums with sugar. take rather the sugarless ones. also brushing and flossing will be important twice a day.your problem may have something to do with your stomach.hope it helps you.

Brushing your teeth after every meal isn't the only solution, but just part of it. Flossing helps to take away the stubborn ones that you don't get out with brushing. Scraping the tounge is another method too. Staying away from food that has a reputation of giving bad breath (onions, garlic, etc) is another. Try popping breath mints, although this isn't an exact solution, but it helps out. If these don't work, see a doctor, you might have something that needs to be looked at.

I agree with FUNDOCTOR,

I would like to add that sometimes it is because you have gingivitis. Try a good mouthwash such as LIsterine. It may be harsh and strong but all it takes is a teaspoon to help fight bacteria in your mouth -- which causes bad breath.
Good luck eh!

I'm a dentist.
Believe it or not, mouth washes like Listerine and Scope address halitosis briefly. Ultimately, however, they seem to make it worse. They dry out your mouth, which allows bacterial to proliferate more readily.
Your best bet is chewing sugar-free gum. The chewing and the flavor stimulate saliva production, which keeps the bacteria and thus your breath more in check.
This is all assuming that you have no grossly decayed teeth or severe periodontal disease, both of which can cause halitosis.

Constipation, cold, sinusitis, and bleeding gums are the other reasons for bad breath apart from irregular brushing of teeth, non use of tongue cleaner.
A cure to the above followed by regular visits to the dentist and maintaining excellent oral hygiene should solve your problem.
Also try gargling by salt water after brushing to keep your mouth fresh.

First of all you need to use a tongue scraper, not a toothbrush because you will just be transferring bacteria from teeth to tongue. You need to see a dentist to see if you have gum disease or decay. Breath RX can also be purchased at Walgreen.

Consult your dentist if there is some problem with your teeth.
If not, try brushing the back of your tounge with the toothbrush, a lot of bad breath comes from the tongue.

on our tongues there are bacteria always lurking around especially after getting up...so brush ur tongue also especially at the back of the tongue where most of the bacteria sits.
