Today 3rd month since i stop smoking , i was smoker for 28yrs 1 pack a day, I quit cold turkey. withdrawals had been very bad , but is getting better . I still get a very mild anxiaty , tension and headache , doctor told me will take sometimes to feel normal again . this is normal? how long this last>?

I'm 16, and I was anorexic. I excersized a couple times a week, and barely ate. I stopped this time of year last year because I had a hard time breathing (felt as if something was pushing on my chest).

Now, I eat plenty, and I regained all my weight back (thankgoodness). My breathing is tons better, but sometimes when I eat, my heart goes really fast. I don't know if this will stick with me forever, but it's a really scary feeling. Do you believe this is something that will go away in time, or something I will have forever for damaging my body like an idiot I was?

2nd : 4 months after 1st
3rd: 33 days after 2nd
4th: 44 days after 3rd
5th: 36 days after 4th
6th: still waiting for, already been 33 days.

Hi guys
Im 18 years old and I have had... wow, umm 6 bladder infections since September (my latest one turned into a kidney infection due to my doctor not notifying me of my condition fast enough.) So, I noticed RIGHT before I got the second one, sex hurts. Not like the whole time, but as he enters. As he continues to enter I loosen up but it takes a good ten minutes.

It feels like its burning, stinging, or like he is hitting a wall (like he cant go in any further)

Also, we have to use LOTS of lube. We had been having sex since June so I had pain free sex for 3 months. Could it be coincidental with my bladder infection? Also I read about vaginismus where the muscles upon entering lock up but I havent had a bad experience. We are both std free (tested).

Also, at the beginning of sex I worry that it will hurt and it usually ends up hurting more. i cant relax or become more aroused. My boyfriend sees my hurt face and says we must stop.

I just want to be normal again.

I'm always turned on and masturbation doesn't help. I can (and have) masturbated for 6 hours straight and I still can't get rid of the feeling. It's interfearing with my life. I've stopped spending time with my family cuz I'm always in my room jacking it. Please, if anyone knows a way to stop this please please please share.

Is tooth sensitivity around the gumline normal? I have always gone to the dentist 2 times per year for cleaning, but have not been able to go since August 06 because I don't have dental insurance now and can't afford to go. It is just along a few teeth (not in the same area). It doesn't hurt when I eat, but is bothersome whenever I touch it with my fingernail or rinse with cold water. Not something that hurts, but has concerned me for the last few months.

I am 29 with really bad degenerative disc disease on three levels S1-L4-5. I have tried everything, physical therapy, pain killers, exercises and nothing works. I'm scheduled to have a multi level fusion at the end of the month and I'm scared out of my mind. From what I have read this extensive surgery is rarely done, but my doctor thinks it will help. I just want to feel my age and be able to walk around . Am I crazy for doing the surgery?

I'm not sure if it's the flu or not, but my mom just got over being sick and she was puking, had a headache, and had diarrhea, and now I feel like puking, I have a headache, and I think I have diarrhea.

They are the typical "pitted" type. I don't need to know about any other treatments, I have already asked people about that...I am now considering laser treatment.
