Today 3rd month since i stop smoking , i was smoker for 28yrs 1 pack a day, I quit cold turkey. withdrawals had been very bad , but is getting better . I still get a very mild anxiaty , tension and headache , doctor told me will take sometimes to feel normal again . this is normal? how long this last>?

You are doing great...I'm sooo proud for you!
You should be just about at the end of the withdrawal period now-you must remember that you've smoked so long that now it's more than just a habit for you, it's an addiction. Any addict needs time to recover from their choice drug.
Once your body is rid of the need to and the requirement of smoking, you will be home free. Your body needs to regulate itself again, kind of like learning a new trick, it takes time. Your blood pressure and pulse have to be reconfigured and your body's learning to deal with not having the constant source of nicotine to rely on energy. Keep going the way you are, don't ever pick up another cancer stick!
