I am 14 years old
- no cold or flu
- no allergies of that i am aware of
- still have tonsils

I believe that where your lymph nodes are located at. If you feel Persistent "tired all over" feeling, Sore throat and tonsils, Swollen lymph glands, Fever, Headache, go to a doctor, you might have Mono.

What your feeling is the swelling of you glands if you have a cold or flu, they usually get irratated by the air running up and down your throat harshly. Stay on Vitamin C and do whatever you can to boost your immune system.

previous answers are possibilities, u could have the "mumps" or u could be getting in ur wisdom teeth as well, r ur gums sore? is there slight swelling? could be swollen lymph glands, or u may grind ur teeth in ur sleep and not be aware, ur dentist can detect. can be ear infection. if it is persistant, ur best bet is to see a physician, tell ur parents asap as u r only 14.

sOccergi i am not a dr. but two things come to mind. 1st is a thing called bruxism grinding you teeth while asleep. or trouble with your tempo mandiblular joint which is the hinge for your jaw, or biting down on you teeth from tension. sorry i meant 3 things. hope you feel better!

you could have a tooth infection! when i got a toth infection if i moved my jaw kinda like your doing then it hurt and i mean my whole side of the jaw hurt not just the tooth i would have it checked if i we`r you oh ya and i did have a temperatur on the side of the infection! not fun!

If you still have your tonsils, they could be irritated by allergies or something else and also they could be slightly infected. It could also swollen.

it sounds like a gland. They do a lot of things, they carry infections. Get it checked.
