Hi, I am a weight lifter and lately i have been working out 3 days a week every other day. with my current routine i see myself gaining muscle rapidly but also extra body fat along with it. my diet is pretty good. i eat large portions to help build muscle. im thinking about totally cutting sugar and saturated fats out of diet with the exception of eating fruits 2-3 times a day and also incorporating some swimming sessions into my weekly workout routine, possibly on my off days. will swimming and changing my diet help me tone up and lose excess body fat without losing too much muscle? is swimming good cardio for weight lifters?
