Nope, blood, bodily fluids (breast milk, semen) has to be involved in order to get HIV, and AIDS. Kissing with tongue, is also fine, can't get it, unless you and the person you are kissing have sores in the mouth.
If you are smoking, stop........, you can get cancer among other things that can kill you.
You have a better chance dying from smoking than sharing a smoke with someone with AIDS
