i need help im normal whaight 4 ma age (14) can any one help coz i carnt get ma belly down!!!!!!!! lol

Eat a healthy nutritious diet (organic when you can) avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods), drink lots of water. I would start to exercise walk, run, swim & do sit-ups as sticky nikky mentioned....

exercise- situps. But that litle pooch is normal for girls your age cause they need a little extra weight to start their periods.
