I have depression/anxiety which prevents me from getting a job/life etc. What are some over the counter anti depressants I can use which actually work? I can't talk to my doctor because I don't have a doctor, I don't have the money to get a doctor and I don't have a job to get the money to get a doctor and any organizaton I write to explaining my situation to basically laugh at me and say they can't help, the makers of Prozac did this and made it obvious they don't care about helping people they just want money. I feel like I should just kill myself but I am too weak minded to even do that. *sorry end of rant* So! anyone know an over-the-counter remedy that works to block anxiety/depression?

We had the best sex when we were dating, and the first year or so of our marriage, but now we've been together 2.5 years and he never touches me. He's not cheating, that's not it. I've gained some weight since our son was born, but he assures me that isn't it, either. Our son is 14 months old now, so if it were the 'shock' of becoming a parent, wouldn't that have worn off by now? He gets plenty of rest and is off for the entire weekend but he goes to bed without me and falls asleep before I can even suggest anything. He never hugs or kisses me volunteering and he wants nothing to do with me as far as sex goes. How long can our marriage survive this? I'm a very loving person and I need, no, CRAVE intimacy with my husband. I miss him, and it's really affecting me. I've had to start anti-depressants and I'm just so sad all the time. He acts like he doesn't see me and it just breaks my heart. When I cry he calls me a baby. Why would a 25 year old man start acting like this out of nowhere?

I have a constant headache behind my eyes and was prescribed a migraine med a few months ago,but it did not work. Sometimes I vomit if it gets too bad. Craving for sugar,is that also a fibro thing?

I was laying down inbetween my Fiance legs with a pillow underneath my head well he was moving it to aggitate me and I let my head hit the pillow and sum how my shoulder hit his groin and I was wondering if it could affect some how on us having kids or maybe nothing at all when a guy gets hit down in that region? Ok im in a drug rehab and had to take a test at my last meeting. Although i have done absolutely no drugs the test came back positive for benzos. To be quite honest I dont even know what benzos are. I do know it is a pill, but what kind? The only prescribed med I am taking is voltaren and I really dont think that it is a narcotic. Pills werent even my drug of choice so if my test was positive it wouldn be for that. Can some one please tell me if the voltaren could have caused a positive result for benzo.

My daughter was refered to the hospital last year because during an eye exam she happened to mention that when she reads she has above line bluring(when the words she sees blur making two lines of the same writing one above the other).We were told this is unusual as most people who have double vision see side to side blurring.At the hospital we were told she has above normal vision and that it can't be corrected by wearing glasses as it's not an eyesight failing.This is causing my child to be behind in her reading and spelling at school,my daughters 12.
Is there a name for this condition and does anyone else suffer from it?
What tips if any do you have for dealing with reading(my daughter gets bored of reading the same line over and over in a piece of text because of the blurring).

I've been awake all night, luckly I don't have to be at work tomorrow, but does anyone have any tips on getting some sleep? I'm now wide awake and don't know why, I lay there all night and eventualy at around 6am I got up made myself tea and came on here.

now i am confused that i don't know where it burps and bloats, is it in the stomach or large whatever intestines. I had done the endoscope the other way round but nothing was found, only some minor ulcers in the rectum but this thing is still there. Now i am thinking of taking another endoscope through the mouth to the stomach. I also want to ask like if the problem is the stomach, what symptoms can i experience? i don't vommit and this problem has been there for a year now and had tried so many tests like sonars and took many medications but nothing changing it. Please help cos i have ran out of ideas now and even quited school.

Middle School: A boy walks past the desk of another boy. As the boy walks past, he kicks the desk intentinaly. A part of the desk flips up, knocking out several teeth. The child needs to see a dentist. The cost of the dental visit was over $400.00. Also, the parent of the injured child lost a full days pay.
The child now needs to have the tooth capped prior to braces. That cost yet to be determend.
The child who caused the injury to date has had two or three in-school suspentions.
Who should pay since the inccedent occured during school hours? I would assume all schools reguardless of what state have some form of insurance. Or is it the responsibility of the parents who's child caused the injury?

That's what I think. I'm not a woman of course and do not have to deal with chest insecurity issues but if you are not well endowed, that is no reason to ruin and scar up your fun bags just for a bigger bust.

like MUCUS [not the dogs kind]

and theres a lil bit of black in the mucus

maybe ita caz my mom smokes?? all the time??

maybe it's some kind of disease??
I WISH NOT
BUT....
could some disease or illness be related to these symptoms??
it's also making me feel sad

i don't feel it all of the time,[my somache],
but i feel it. also like it's spreading in my body...i think.

I'm overweight and I hate it. I need to lose about 65LBS to be around where I think I'll look good. (The upper of my weight class.. 160) (I'm 5'7) anyways.. what are some good exercises for me to do?
I currently don't go to the gym (although I have a membership) because i have NO stamina and I go and within minutes I am tired and I used a lot of gas to get there. lol, so I want to do things that don't involve the gym until I can gain stamina.
My boyfriend wants me to get healthy and is a GREAT support system and said he will help with anything needed, or if I want him to exercise with me, so that's not a problem at all.
I just need ideas on what to do. I don't have much money to buy anything, but I just need some ideas.

I know walking, but how much walking?
Anything else besides walking so I can walk and do something else or change it up a bit?
I'm 20 by the way..
how long will it take me to lose about 60-70lbs?

I need a dentist. My husband and I live in MA and we struggle from paycheck to paycheck to just keep the bills paid and food on the table. MA is very expensive so, even with our meager existence, we make "too much money" to get any sort of assistance for rent or food. We have medical insurance through my work, but we don't have dental insurance.

I lost a filling and my tooth really hurts, but we cant afford a dentist. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help?

(we have no children, if it matters)

I have lost 120 pounds since last January. I am 30 pounds away from my goal. My family and friends seem h**l bent on messing me up and have gone very cold on support for my task. They have begun to bring food to me... sweets, home baked goods etc.... They bring them to work and my home. I usually thank them and hand them to my co-workers or find someone to give them to. My soul mate complains that he is gaining weight because of all the goodies in the house. I eat no sugar or white flour and frankly have no desire to now. It doesn't even taste good to me anymore. Why are they so bent on sabatoging me now?
