That's what I think. I'm not a woman of course and do not have to deal with chest insecurity issues but if you are not well endowed, that is no reason to ruin and scar up your fun bags just for a bigger bust.

fake boobs are never the answer. you should be proud of what you have been given. I only approve when it is medically ncessary like a reconstruction after cancer surgery. one of my friends was a very big lady in that area and even after her reduction still doesn't understand why women or men want bigger ones. Follow my Dad's saying "the bigger the boob, the less brains there are"

I agree with the others about recontructive surgery but I also believe if the woman is very small like less than an A it should also be an option. Women with B's and C's have no place getting implants to make them D's or DD's, that's just silly.

I'm not a woman either. A friend of mine had an implant (one) after a mastectomy on one side. She had some more surgery etc to make her cut up breast look nice. It worked - she showed me - and helped her feel good about herself.

Outside of that, I'm in the "small is beautiful" fan club.

I think they are dumb, but If you want to spend they time, money and risk, it's not criminal and non of my business, but I will say I am not well endowed but if another woman increased both her boobs after a single/double mastectomy I'd be less judgemental.

No. I am a man and I have had my hands on both. As far as I am concerned, if they make the woman happy about her appearance, more power to her. Considering what we (men) do with them (women's boobs), it makes no difference whether they are big or small. I frankly could care less, big or small - I'll take them as they come and be happy I got them.

If the young ladies having these implanted today could feel what the implants feel like after twenty years (exactly like having tennis balls covered in wrinkly skin) then they might think twice about fake boobs being the answer.

The answer is being happy with what God gave you

I agree. Not only are implants dangerous and look/feel fake, but you also have scarring. Most guys I've talked to say that as long as there's *something* there then it's good enough for them=)

I believe there are a couple instances that it's ok

1) reconstruction after breast cancer
2) If you are obviously not the same size on each side

Side from that, why?

I agree, unless their is a cancer reason or some sort of reconstructive surgery due to something out of a gals control.

Agreed whole hearted. Perky and natural is always better than a plastic bag full of gunk.
