My mom recently lost 40 lbs by incorporating occassional fasting into a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise. I've recently gained about 10 lbs and am trying to get back on track myself so I'm going to try fasting to see how my body reacts. The problem is that given the bore of my job, I need coffee! Can you drink coffee while fasting (ie eating nothing but water) and what will its effects be??

PS - no preachy answers about how fasting isn't healthy for you, I don't care... just answer the question about coffee :)

She is 9 now and profoundly autistic,but the main problem is getting her dressed for school in the mornings,it is a fight and a half.it is also very upsetting,she has little speech,so we dont know why she is like this.when she is at school she seems happy,she isnt on medication because she simply wouldnt take it.we are at our wits end!

I have been sleeping for upwards of 12 to 16 hours everyday for a couple of months now. Its not that I am doing it on purpose, I just can't seem to get out of bed. Sometimes after being awake for only a few hours, I'll get tired again. It sounds like something that a person diagnosed with depression might have, but I don't feel depressed. I have had a lot of troubles in my life lately, but I've stayed pretty optimistic and hopeful through it all. Could it be that I'm just repressing something that might cause my over-sleeping?

Got up at 10pm, went into bed, fell right back to sleep. I noticed that I was awaking several times throughout the night, but having no trouble going back to sleep. I finally got up around 730am. I'm still tired. My body feels exhausted. I'm trying to focus on work, but my body just doesn't want to function. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea a few months ago, but wearing the CPAP mask is "invasive". I feel too confined and can't wait to get it off in the morning. i had a piercing done today and i cant seem to shift the ink she used to do it!

im cleaning it with normal hot water and salt which is what she said but it wont come off!

27 year old male here

It has happened a few times. Pain when the penis gets really hard and points up as much as it can. That, or sometimes at the moment when the ejaculation comes out.

I don't hear men complaining much about this so i wonder if it is some weird abnormallity i have. maybe the nerve in the testicle crosses the path of erectyle tissue?

One thing is that i have one testicle higher and tighter than the other. ANd the one that hurts is the higher and tighter one.

What do you do in this case? just not have sex(still haven't had it ever) or masturbation ever again?

This is a sensitive issue and only people who have understanding of this pain need answer. If people make fun of this, I'll mark the answer as inappropriate and report it at once.

That said, I am looking to enlarge my small penis with exercises. But so far, no luck. It's very, very frustrating for me, as I have no clue as to what I must do.

With my job, not only do I eat at restaurants twice a day, but I eat socially with my coworkers. This means that I eat greasy food with large portions.
