I would make an apt. with your doc. & get some blood work done. It could be iron deficiency, hypothyroid...no way to really know, unless you're seen by your doc.

You may be lacking in iron, women need 3 times more iron than men. Get your iron levels checked by your doc. You need to eat lots of red meat(beef and lamb)
