My doctor says I need to keep up my calcium, vitamin D and start doing some toning and gain muscle strength cuz of the birth control i am on, Depo Provera.
Can you give me some examples of fortified cereals?? Thanks.

Read labels.
The cereals have added vitamins and minerals.
Avoid the ones with sugar, at least the ones with sugar in the first four ingredients.
Whole grains.
If the concern is for calcium and vitamin D, drink milk. If you don't want to drink milk, eat dark green leafy vegetables (raw is better than frozen, frozen is better than canned).
If all else fails, take a vitamin.
But your best bet is always "real food."
