yea just call ur dentist and tell him ur pretty sure its getting infected. (even if it isnt yet) and he'll schedule u in right away.
if u dont, then chances are its gonna get infected anyway, and if he says its not infected when u get there, just tell him u "thought" it was. he wont make a big deal and u'll be rid of ur problem faster.

NO dont wait until Wed...you call them...there should be an emergency number. You are so suceptible to an infection, and a bone fragment should have been found before the surgery was over. I'm not a dentist, but that is what I think, and if you were my kid I would hae you back in the Dentist's Office if you were in that much pain. There is Oil of Clove that will deaden the area, get it at the pharmacy, and use a Q-tip to apply it. This is temporary, and burns just a bit, but does deaden the area for a while, and you have to re-apply often. Usually wont cause an infection or further damage. Good Luck

Homemade skin whitening products are by far the cheapest and safest solution to the brown spots which trouble you so much. Read here https://tinyurl.im/aHLVW
They are very effective and at the same nurture the skin, so that you will not only have a whiter skin, but a healthier one too.
Each and every person wants a clean and radiant skin. Some spend fortunes on cosmetic products that will lighten the skin and remove all the imperfections, others spend their money on esthetic operations in the hope that their skin will look perfect. Lastly, there are people trying to fake a healthy skin by using all kinds of makeup that will cover the imperfections and leave the impression that the skin is healthy and has no scars, wrinkles or spots.
All these people are looking for a way through which they can make their skin look good. Yet, what they have not taken into consideration is the power of natural ingredients. Fruits, vegetables and products coming from animals are great sources of anti-oxidants and are rich in substances which can whiten the skin, moisturize it, attenuate the fine lines and wrinkles and give it elasticity.

I had four of my wisdom teeth pulled out a few weeks ago and they sent me home with instructions that state: "During the healing process, small sharp fragments of bone may loosen and work up through the gum. These are not roots and often work out themselves. If not, return to the office for their removal."
You should call your dentist just to be sure though.

Often, root tips, bone chips and fragments will work their way out on their own, but may also need some help from the dentist to remove them completely. An infected root tip stuck in the jaw bone will require surgical removal. Problems with dental extractions are fairly common.

That is common. What is happening is when the gums heal they tighten around the rim of the socket (picture a volcano) and this sometimes causes uneven parts of the socket to bulge out or protrude out. Mother Nature will take care of this for you without any intervention on your part. The bone will remodel and sometimes bits and pieces will break off and work themselves to the surface like a splinter. Just leave everything alone and all will be fine.

It's VERY common. It's happened to me, my husband, my sister, and my best friend. One of us had to get it removed because it caused an infection and it was getting worse. They rest of us hurt a little, but the pieces worked their way our of our gums on their own.
