27 year old male here
It has happened a few times. Pain when the penis gets really hard and points up as much as it can. That, or sometimes at the moment when the ejaculation comes out.
I don't hear men complaining much about this so i wonder if it is some weird abnormallity i have. maybe the nerve in the testicle crosses the path of erectyle tissue?
One thing is that i have one testicle higher and tighter than the other. ANd the one that hurts is the higher and tighter one.
What do you do in this case? just not have sex(still haven't had it ever) or masturbation ever again?

I had the same problem a few years ago and it was caused by a infection and cleared up with antibiotics. Just because you have one testicle that is higher than the other makes no difference, every male has one that is slightly higher, a little bigger etc. No one has exactly the same testicles in size shape and position.. Try not to masturbate for a few days and see it that helps, could be just over use.

If I ejaculate to much I get pain. Ilike 3 or 4 times in a 30 hour period. I think its because you've more or less drained yourself. I dont know this for fact its just my theory.

Check with a urologist. I had kind of the same thing a few years back. It turns out it was an infection that was cleared up with antibiotics.
As for Mr. High and Tight, you may be twisted up a bit. The urologist can also fix that pretty easy.

You need to talk to a doctor. Don't be embarrassed, they have dealt with this before. Then you can get on with your life in a normal, healthy manner.

You need to see a doctor as soon as possible. You could possible damage or hurt your penis. You also should have him look over the testicle problem also. Yes, this sounds serious. Please take care of this sooner than later....asap. NOW!!!!!
