Fresh veggies and fruit. Use whole grain bread and use lean cuts of turkey or chicken in your sandwich or tuna salad made with light mayo. When you make your sandwich be sure to leave off the mayo if you can and use things like mustard instead.

Fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains for the bread part.
I also like fat free miracle whip or mustard.
Fat free miracle whip taste a little different than the regular kind. Its a little sweeter.
My favorite low fat sandwich is tuna salad made with fat free miracle whip, Recipe below

1. boiled egg diced with the yolk removed
2. 1-2 T. fat free miracle whip
3. 1 T of diced onion
4. 6 oz can of tuna in water drained
5. 1/2 stalk of celery diced
6. 2 slices of 8 grain bread
7. 1 slice of fat free swiss cheese
8 1 slice of lettuce

Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl. I like to refridgerate mine for about an hour or 2.
Slap a generous portion on a slice of bread and put the cheese and lettuce on top, then eat.
Its almost no fat and very filling
