pls dont ever take any weights reducing pills. it will destroy ur body if u really want to reduce ur weight then folow this diet plan

1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
8) no sugar of any type.
9) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast

At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.

the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

Great 7 step plan to follow for LASTING and healthy results:
1. Awareness of what you eat by keeping a diet journal to see where ure going wrong
2. Best cardio is running in terms of weight loss. You should be doing cardio minimum 4 times a week 30min.-1 hr. Weight loss heart rate range is one where you can carry on a conversation w/o a big struggle.
3. Resistance program to help firm muscles and give a pretty tone (u can't spot-reduce- weight training results per individual body part will only be visible after the fat layer is off from the cardio)
4. 3 meals/2snacks per day: high fiber/ high protein helps keep you full and eat low carb unless its good complex carbs like salad and fruit and whole-grain bread. Bottom line: eat the natural foods our ancestors ate, no processed junk. Also when you eat this way you dont need to obsess over counting calories- so many better things to occupy your time with, like reading! A clever mind will take you farther in life than a beautiful body :)
5. Americans in general want things QUICK and easy, we are impatient- you must be patient in terms of your results and never give up. Additionally, this is a LIFESTYLE change for LIFE: There are NOOO get-thin quick schemes, PERIOD. If u abuse your body u will ruin your metabolism and in the future u will gain weight MUCH easier than today. Diet pills will kill you as quickly as they helped kill Anna Nicole Smith. They are no better than drugs so don't take the cheap lazy way out.
6. Weigh yourself once a week, never more often than that but get all measurements- waist circumference, body fat %, muscle %, water % (there are good digital scales that do this) b/c u could be gaining muscle which weighs more than fat or be full of water and be like- why the heck wont i lose weight! and then binge on donuts :) no no no! and reward yourself when you make progress! make it fun or else you'll quit sooner than later.
7. Drink min. 2 liters of water per day and whenever you're stressed- take DEEP BREATHS rather than reaching for food. This is why people lose weight doing yoga I think. Oxygen is so important.

No, there are none. You have to watch what you eat and drink, and you have to exercise. That is the only safe way. Choose, healthier choices baked not fried food. Lots of Water. Plenty of Fruits and Veggies.

i would personally stay away from them. they are no good for you, and can cause heart problems. it happened to my father.

the best way is to just look towards a lifestyle change to lose weight.
