I have come across some ideas that I feel would work best for me while exercising. I've told people about them, and they told me that I'm crazy and it'll never work. But . . . what I thought was a good idea, that until the new year, I'd start out doing a good amount of exercise, and while doing that, do a colon cleanse. Because while I'm trying to lose the weight, and shape up my muscles, I figured I should do some cleaning on the inside too. Is that like a lose lose situation, or am I right? That my plan is healthy and smart?
